Pip ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
We collect information you provide directly to us: • Account Information: Your name and email address when you create an account • Job Data: Job titles, dates, times, prices, and notes you enter • Client Information: Client names, phone numbers, addresses, and notes you add • App Preferences: Your language, currency, theme, and notification settings
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Pip app • Store and sync your jobs and clients across devices • Send you notifications and reminders you've enabled • Send automated SMS appointment reminders to your clients via Twilio when you enable this feature in the app • Process subscription payments through Apple • Respond to your support requests
Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) • Secure authentication through Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email • Row-level security policies on our database
We use the following third-party services: • Supabase: Database and authentication • Apple Sign-In: Secure account authentication • Google Sign-In: Secure account authentication • RevenueCat: Subscription management • Google Places API: Address autocomplete (only when you use the address field) • Twilio: SMS delivery for automated client appointment reminders
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
When you enable the automated reminder feature in Pip, your clients' phone numbers are shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering appointment reminder messages on your behalf. Your clients' phone numbers are never used for marketing purposes and are not shared with any other third party. You can disable SMS reminders at any time from within the app.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the app.
You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and data • Export your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
