Welcome to Pip! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pip mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Pip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pip is a scheduling and client management application designed for solo house cleaners and service providers. The App allows you to: • Schedule and manage jobs • Store client information • Track earnings and work history • Receive notifications and reminders • Send automated SMS appointment reminders to your clients
To use Pip, you must create an account using one of our supported sign-in methods: Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate
Pip offers a free tier with basic features and a premium subscription ("Pip+") with additional features. • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Pip+ • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
Pip+ subscribers may enable automated SMS appointment reminders that are sent to their clients via Twilio. By enabling this feature, you agree to the following: • You confirm that your clients have provided their phone numbers to you directly and have consented to receiving appointment reminder messages • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients before enabling reminders for them • Reminder messages are sent solely for the purpose of appointment notifications and will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes • You can disable SMS reminders for any client or globally at any time from within the app settings • Standard message and data rates may apply to your clients depending on their mobile carrier • We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier issues, incorrect phone numbers, or client opt-outs
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code • Use the SMS reminder feature to send unsolicited or spam messages to any recipient • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including those governing electronic communications and SMS messaging
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Pip. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pip and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
