Welcome to Pip! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pip mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Pip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pip is a scheduling and client management application designed for contractors and service providers. The App allows you to: • Schedule and manage jobs • Store client information • Track earnings and work history • Receive notifications and reminders
To use Pip, you must create an account using one of our supported sign-in methods: Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate
Pip offers a free tier with basic features and a premium subscription ("Pip+") with additional features. • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Pip+ • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Pip. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pip and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
